Take good photos in natural light and write about what makes your home special. Set your dates and price.
2. Connect with guests
You'll get guest contact info when they're interested. Set up a quick call to learn about them, and sort out practical details like keys.
3. Take a deposit
Once you're happy with the guest, send them a payment link for the deposit. We’ll hold it until they check out and then refund it.
4. Get ready
Clean up and put fresh linens on the bed. Leave a note with the WiFi password and local tips. Take some photos before guests arrive.
5. Welcome your guest
Be on time for check-in, and follow up later to make sure all is well. Take the payment however you’d like, be it transfer or cash.
6. Come back home
Let guests know when to leave and where to put the keys. We’ll return their deposit within 48 hours unless you tell us about an issue.
